Prices are in euros. They do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated before the validation of the order. To be accepted, any return must be reported and have the prior agreement of the company SERIOUS, which in case of agreement will reship the package to the correct address.

The provisions hereof cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the company SERIOUS to guarantee him against all the consequences of latent defects of the thing sold.

The warranty period is one year (1 year). All products modified or repaired by the customer or by any entity other than the service providers chosen by SERIOUS are excluded from this warranty.

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.

In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of seven (7) calendar days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him.
